Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days of purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 14 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 2 days after your order has been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
Do I need to have a Paypal account to make payment?
No, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make your payment.
Why do I get redirected to only Paypal website to make payment?
After you click complete order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can do a Paypal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below.
With this, you do not need to create a Paypal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card.
Paypal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
What qualifies for a refund?
We only offer refunds for damaged or defective goods and missing parcels.
Should you require a refund, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an attached image of the damaged product (if applicable) and your order number, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Why haven't I received my refund?
Your refund may take some time before it is fully processed.
If you have yet to receive your refund, take the following actions:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We've actually made this super simple! You can click here to see the status of your order.
If you’ve checked “Create an account” box during the checkout process, you’ll be able to find your orders by going into your account; just click on My Account at the upper-right corner of the website and find the <ORDER> button where you’ll see all of your orders.
You should also get a copy with the details of your order in your email inbox. If it is not there, please check your spam/junk folders just to be sure. 99% of the time you’ll find our emails there.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Fisherman. Coupon code cannot be used on orders already placed.
